A marriage ceremony at Niagara Falls may be performed by a minister or a member of the clergy registered under the Marriage Act or a judge or justice of the peace. A license to marry may be obtained from the issuer of Marriage License at the Municipal's Clerk Office. A complete marriage license application signed by both applicants is required. A copy of the decree of divorce or annulment is also required in case of divorcees.
